The Mandarin located in Kitchener offers an award-winning all-you-can-eat buffet. The attention to customer service and food quality soon made the Mandarin so popular that there were long line-ups. The size of the restaurant was increased three times in order to serve more customers. However, there were still long line-ups. As a result, the buffet was introduced to serve customers faster and to allow sampling of all the items on the Mandarin's menu.
